Things to Learn from Dostoevsky #1

One thing that we can learn from Dostoevsky is to work hard in the face of adversity. In many situations, we believe we are the victim of different disadvantages and discrimination or injustice. This all may be true, but that is the truth about life, it is unfair, it is difficult. But at the same time, it is absolutely vital that we work hard and keep working.

This is what Dostoevsky did in his life. Despite struggling with sickness (epilepsy), imprisonment, family death (of his children), Dostoevsky continued to work hard. He wrote his books to feed his family and became one of the most respected writers of all time.

I recommend that we all do the same. Work hard, stand up to the challenges, and keep going.
