Should you mentor others?

Have you ever wondered whether you should share your skills with others or should you just hog it and keep it to yourself?

Experience, and Jordan Peterson here, would tell you that you should share that knowledge with others because it has a positive impact on the lives of others and that it is a vital part of successful people’s lives.

I am a head of house, and mentoring other’s especially those younger than me, coming through the ranks in the school has been a great privilege, but a great responsibility.

I seriously urge you to embrace it because it has a positive impact on the lives of others and also ourselves.
